What does Decision Makers cost?
There are no monthly or joining fees. Vendors pay only for completed sessions, at the price each decision-maker has set. The platform charges the decision-maker a 20% marketplace fee — also only for completed sessions.
How is the price of a session set?
Each decision-maker sets their own price and session length (30–90 minutes). You see the price before sending a booking request, and it's locked in when you send the brief.
Who can join as a decision-maker?
The decision-maker network is curated — every application is reviewed by hand. We look for people with real decision-making authority or deep expertise in their field.
How does verification work?
We verify every company (business ID) and every user manually, usually within one business day. Only verified vendors can browse decision-maker profiles, and only verified decision-makers appear in the directory.
What if the meeting never happens?
Then nobody pays anything. Payment is only owed after both sides confirm the session took place.
How does payment work?
After the session, the decision-maker invoices the vendor directly for the agreed price. The platform invoices the decision-maker separately for the 20% marketplace fee.
Where is my data stored?
All data is hosted in the EU (Stockholm). We don't sell your data, and we don't run third-party trackers on the site.
Can I contact a decision-maker outside the platform?
Contacts made through the platform should also be booked and settled through the platform — the terms of service prohibit taking introductions off-platform during the pilot.
When a conversation has value, both sides should feel it.
